Following my review of one star on January 17, 2025 because I have never received the product which I paid for, you offered on the same day to send the product again no charge or refund. I chose for you to send another foundation which to this day Feb 3 absolutely no product received nor no email from JA so I stand by my review that customer service is non existant.

Hi Diane, we do apoligize for not responding sooner. We have changed our customer service email address and it could have been lost in there. We do see your order was delivered and we have a photo showing the delivcery to your door.

Product was never received. Wrote three times to customer service but they completely ignored me. I asked for proof of delivery but my emails remain without a response.
